ABC’s ‘Resurrection’ season 2, episode 8 preview: When does the next one air?

Tonight, “Resurrection” gave us an episode that is hopefully going to satisfy you for at least a little while … or at least we hope so. After all, there is not going to be another installment coming on ABC for a little while longer.

Due to a two-hour “Once Upon a Time” episode airing on ABC next week, this show will be off the air until Sunday, November 23, which is quite a while to wait. Will it hurt this show? Possibly, since the ratings for it have already declined over the past several of weeks since it premiered. There is nothing that tends to hurt a show more than a lengthy hiatus.

If nothing else, we at least know that there are a few mysteries and storylines worth looking forward to. There are going to be more answers about Bellamy, a few new character spotlights, and also some new guest stars to boot. While we are getting near the eighth episode of the season, this is the time that the story really needs to step things up. Unlike “Once Upon a Time” and “Revenge,” there are only a handful of episodes left before this season, and the series, likely come to a close. Therefore, there is a little more pressure here to develop something good before we ultimately come to a close.

No matter what happens on the ABC series the rest of the way, we are going to be here with some further scoop. Hopefully, at some point we are also going to find out how the network plans to schedule the final episodes, as well.
