MTV’s ‘Awkward’ season 4, episode 19 video: What happens to Sadie?

Tuesday night is going to mark another new episode of “Awkward” airing on MTV, and apparently, this is also going to mark an opportunity to see some students at Palos Hills try to get in a few good laughs at Sadie’s expense.

Basically, this is what happens in a nutshell to people who treat people cruelly, insults them, and basically just acts like a terrible person all of the time: There are those who want to see them fail. So to see a “scholarship application” video featuring the character dissolve into a complete disaster is something that many other students find hilarious. Sadie, of course, doesn’t exactly feel the same way.

Despite basically every single thing that she has done since the beginning of the show, we for some reason do want to see Sadie succeed. Maybe it’s become she reminds us for some reason of the Girl You Wish You Hadn’t Started a Conversation with at a Party, or maybe it is because we know that there is some layer of kindness there underneath all of the cynicism and near-constant anger.

We know already that Sadie is not going to be the only “Awkward” character that will be going through some major college troubles moving into the next new episode; after all, Jenna Hamilton is still going to be having a heck of a time trying to figure out where in the world she wants to attend school, mostly because she has already been rejected by a pair of her top choices.
