‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 7 preview: A dramatic new Lana Parrilla sneak preview

In the sneak peek below from Sunday night’s new “Once Upon a Time” episode, you can get a better example than ever of the tricky situation that Regina has found herself in loving a man like Robin Hood, and him in turn loving her. He’s married, but this is not a situation of infidelity. He thought that Marian was gone, and when she suddenly reappeared, he did not quite know what to do as a result.

Still, Lana Parrilla’s character is struggling with that. She tells him that ultimately, he would be best suited to leave her alone, since having him continually coming back up and professing his love for her is only breaking her heart time and time again. Think of this as one of those moments when his brain is telling him “no,” but his heart is telling him “yes.” (We’re pretty sure that is a variation on a cheesy song out there.)

If you love Regina, then it is easy to root for her to have a happily ever after. With that being said, you also have to remember here that nothing comes easy for her. Operation Mongoose is still on the loose, and so throughout the season, we are going to see Henry continue to try to uncover the author of the storybook so that his adopted mother can have a happier ending.

Let’s just hope that Regina is the patient type, given that there is at present no evidence at all that this story is going to be at an end this fall, which should be the case with the “Frozen” gang.
