ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4, episode 6 review: Nolan’s blindside; Charlotte’s exit; David Clarke’s many secrets

The latest -As we built up to Sunday night’s new episode of “Revenge,” there was really one question that almost everyone wanted to know: What was the goal of David Clarke’s live interview?

Well, as it turns out, a big part of it was throwing Nolan under the bus hard, and largely because Emily Thorne did not want to tell him the truth about who she really was. Nolan had to take a punch for her because of this! Obviously, the man is more than a little bit upset over this, especially since Victoria is still off filling up David’s head with false information.

Also, we saw Charlotte finally make a big move after having to deal with this nonsense for so long; she opted to enter treatment, which makes us wonder a little of what her future on the show is going to be. Maybe she is going to be away from the cast so that they are not wasting space on her, if they had no story to tell.

The larger question worth wondering right now is who the man was who had Charlotte at the start of the episode, and what is really going on with David right now.

We’re mostly pleased at the end of this episode because of the show finally wiping away any of those crazy notions that David was a complete and total idiot, and did not have any sort of ulterior motives or plans floating around out there. We just hope that the next few episodes explain this further. Grade: B.
