‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 2 spoilers: Hayley Atwell returns; a battle against Hydra

We would say that if you want to avoid spoilers on “Agents of SHIELD,” the one thing you need to do is to never record a single episode of the show.

However, one episode that you really should follow this mantra above all else is in the upcoming eighth episode of the show on November 18, which carries with it the title of “The Things We Bury.” Adrianne Palicki is going to be appearing yet again as Bobbi Morse, and to go along with that, we’ve also got the return of Hayley Atwell as Peggy! This of it as a nice little way to build into “Agent Carter,” which has to hope for a little more success in the ratings than what “SHIELD” has done lately.

If all of this was not interesting enough to you, the short synopsis below teases some pretty big things coming in the battle against Hydra:

“Coulson and team find themselves in an epic face-off against Hydra to uncover an ancient secret, while Ward kidnaps his brother, Senator Christian Ward, for a violent trip down memory lane.”

We first met Senator Ward (Tim DeKay) in the last new episode of the show, which proved itself to be all sorts of insane from start to finish. With Ward now more on the run, he could be a threat for almost everyone he runs into.

Also, hopefully this episode will continue along the alien writings that Coulson has been working on, which is a key part of the story at the end of this past episode.
