‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 2, episode 7 preview: More Adrianne Palicki; plus, secrets, Emily VanCamp special

Let’s start things off with the bad news when it comes to Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD“: There is no new episode next week. You’ll just have to bide your time a little bit to see what happens with that mysterious writing and Phil Coulson for just a little while longer … provided that you are cool with a little bit more waiting.

Instead, we’re going to have next week a Marvel “75 Years of Pop” special that will look at the entire history of the comic brand, and feature another preview for “The Avengers: Age of Ultron.” “Revenge” star Emily VanCamp (who also appeared in “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”) will be hosting the special.

Following that on November 11, we’re going to be diving into a very big episode entitled “The Writing on the Wall,” which should be super-important when it comes to establishing further what has been going on here.

“The team discovers murder victims with the alien glyphs on them that Coulson’s been etching. All of Coulson’s secrets and lies come to a head.”

We expect this episode to be all sorts of crazy, and Adrianne Palicki fans can rejoice yet again that Bobbi Morse will return for a third straight week. If only she’d get a promotion to series regular, then we could be infinitely happier than we are.
