‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5, episode 7 preview: First look at 100th episode, Wo Fat, and more

You’ve been waiting for this episode of “Hawaii Five-0” to air, so why wait any longer? We are here today to discuss the big 100th episode of the show airing next week, and it looks to be in part a “what if?” episode, and to go along with this, you’re going to see the return of a notable old villain in Wo Fat to boot.

Here is what we can tell you about this episode, at least for the time being. The title here is “Inā Paha,” which translates to basically mean “if perhaps” or “what if.” Take a look at the full synopsis below:

“When McGarrett is kidnapped by Wo Fat, he experiences what would have happened to the team if they had taken a very different path, on the 100th episode of HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, Nov. 7 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. William Sadler returns as McGarrett’s father, and musician Gavin Rossdale guest stars as the nefarious Johnny Moreau.”

By and large, we like the idea of these episodes, mostly because they are a great opportunity to really show off so much of what people like about the show and some of the history over time. It also helps to make it feel a little bit more like an event. The last thing that you ever really want is to put something on the air that in the end, doesn’t really feel like anything more than just yet another installment of the show.
