Tomorrow night on HBO you are going to be seeing House of the Dragon season 3 episode 6 — so what all can you expect?

First and foremost, let’s just go ahead and discuss things here when it comes to overall run time. We are gearing up for a story that is an hour and eight minutes in length — or at the very least, that is ho it is currently being billed. Remember that there may be a behind-the-scenes featurette or something else being thrown in here at the end, which means that the actuality of the episode could be at least a little bit different.

So what is the top story for the hour going to be? Well, a lot has to be tied to what you saw in the closing minutes of episode 5. It was there we first caught wind of what was happening to the Gold Cloaks in their totality, which is going to put Daemon in a really tight spot. This is a man with an enormous amount of pride and beyond that, not someone who is going to enjoy being embarrassed by Ormund. Could he go to extremes to find the traitors within King’s Landing? Could innocent people die? All of this feels possible at this point.

Meanwhile, another big story to brace for at this point has to be Aemond and Alys, mostly because the show has really slow-played things at Harrenhal as of late. We have a hard time imagining that this is going to be the way of things forever, so there are going to be something more regarding the former’s recovery. We still think he has a role to play in the battle ahead, but the question is just what that will be.
