‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5, episode 6 preview: Prepare for Halloween with Masi Oka scene

If you love “Hawaii Five-0,” then you may want to do everything in your power in order to ensure that you finish handing out candy or going trick-or-treating with the kids early. After all, there is still a new episode airing on CBS tonight!

For a few seconds in the sneak-peek below, you even get a sense of Halloween cheer as you hear about how with one character, “the house takes its share” when it comes to Halloween candy. Max then takes us through the victim for this week, and given that this is Masi Oka, we really were hoping that he would dress up for Halloween as someone who can manipulate time and space.

Given the cast that you have at this point on the show with Oka, Chi McBride, and Jorge Garcia all important characters, we’d like to see the show have a little bit more fun. We had the storyline with Danny’s brother Matt that lasted for a few weeks, and then, McGarrett had his own difficult story around his father’s grave recently. Basically, the show has made you spend a whole lot of time wading through some pretty-heavy stuff, so it may be nice for all parties involved to be able to stop and take a breather for a few minutes.

Maybe that will happen Friday night, but who knows? This is a show that has adrenaline constantly pumping through its veins, and they may try a little harder than ever to spook you given that we are talking today about October 31.
