‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 5 preview: Elizabeth Mitchell, Lana Parrilla face off

Mitchell -Next week, “Once Upon a Time” has the challenge of following up “The Apprentice” with a story that looks on paper to actually be rather creepy. Maybe, the ABC series has decided that they want to give us something akin to a Halloween episode.

After all, it definitely appears as though this episode will have some creepy moments within it. There will be some new summonings, and to go along with that, we could even see a potentially-epic battle take shape that puts front and center Regina (Lana Parrilla) and the Snow Queen (Elizabeth Mitchell). Yes, Regina is going to have a larger story again! This is something that this season has at times lacked.

The promo that aired after Sunday’s episode is probably going to be the most notable to people thanks mostly to a “I’m going to build a snowman” line made famous in “Frozen,” but we imagine the one that she is constructing is somewhat terrible. What mission does she really have? That’s something we really hope to have some more answers to. At the moment, all we really know about this woman is that she has been going by the name Sarah Fisher in Storybrooke, and that it does not appear as though she came over via the curse. She also seems to have especially something against Emma Swan.

In addition to this episode, maybe we will also figure out more of what happened to Anna, and what ultimately caused Elsa to be trapped. While we’ve received plenty of backstory so far on the show, we have not received a whole lot right now when it comes to answers.
