‘Blue Bloods’ season 5, episode 3 preview: What lies ahead in ‘Burning Bridges’

“Burning Bridges” is the title for the next new episode of “Blue Bloods,” and with a name like that, you have to anticipate that there is going to be all sorts of conflict.

How testy are things going to be? Basically, we’re going to see whether or not Danny and Erin can overcome all of the Isabelle Green tension from this episode, and move forward to take on different projects. For one, there is an interesting story about social politics and equality that is going to play out throughout the episode, and this is one of those few plots that really does have a present-day impact beyond just being a standard case that you see on other shows.
