‘Reign’ season 2 spoilers: The plague, Mary’s power, and more in new trailer

Are you ready to see more in the way of major drama on “Reign“? Then we believe we have another sneak peek for you that may be right up your alley.

If you look below, you can see what is the latest sneak peek for the CW series that features quite a bit in the way of drama. For example, you have heated conflicts, passionate moments, and one thing that nearly everyone in France is afraid of on the same exact level: The plague. After all, it’s understandable why they would be. This is more dangerous that any sort of political upheaval, and there is no concentrated way to properly stop it.

So what about Mary? How is she handling all of these changes? One thing in particular that you should be looking out for here is seeing this character try to assert herself more now as a ruler. No longer will she be in a position where she needs to be afraid, and France at this point can also not afford it. She has to find a way to stand up, own her throne, and really do the one thing that is referenced in the show’s title.

This will be a big series for the series, as it needs to justify that it continues to deserve its timeslot after “The Vampire Diaries,” and it can still shock and surprise without most of the special effects that many other series on The CW have.
