‘Arrow’ season 3 trailer: See Sara Lance, Oliver / Felicity near-kiss, and much more

In the midst of all the great “Arrow” castings lately, we haven’t had the same opportunity to post and discuss one of the latest trailers released by The CW, and that’s quite a shame given how good it is.

This trailer feels almost theatrical in a way, given everything that the producers managed to cram here into what is a pretty tiny space. Do you want Oliver and Felicity nearly kissing? You got it! This moment has gotten a ton of play lately, but we’re still skeptical that it really happens in the way that it looks on the show. Something may interrupt them, or this could all be an act. You never know.

In addition to this, though, there are several parts of this trailer that you have not seen before. For one, this is the first real footage of Sara Lance that we’ve seen from this season so far, even if there is nothing particularly substantial in here beyond her just reminding us that she’s very capable of killing things. Meanwhile, you get to see her father Quentin sporting his brand-new police uniform. He’s clearly doing fine in the wake of what happened last season, and also seems to be enjoying the responsibilities of his promotion.

Then, there’s also an introduction to Ray Palmer! It’s a brief one, but a reminder that this is a guy you are going to be seeing quite a bit of in the episodes ahead. He will be potentially a business rival to Oliver, and even a personal rival given the interest he develops in Felicity almost right away.
