‘The Originals’ season 2 spoilers: See Joseph Morgan’s Klaus, more in new promo
With the premiere of “The Originals” season 2 just over a month away, The CW is starting to become less and less shy when it comes to one big thing: Teasing the story, and some of the footage that they now have in the bank.
The latest promo released by the network below is certainly all sorts of intense, and one thing that they let us in on is that Klaus (Joseph Morgan) has been in some sort of solitary confinement ever since we last saw him. This may be a very good thing for him at the moment, thanks mostly to the fact that his father Mikael is on the loose, and in a desperate need for vengeance. Klaus has to know at this point that he is a wanted man; specifically, Davina is doing what she can to destroy him.
In the end, we definitely expect this season to be just as intense as the one that just wrapped up this past spring, if not even more so. After all, there is some great potential to introduce some familiar faces to the show in between Kol (in flashbacks, at least) and Esther. Maybe Rebekah will still be around at some point; for the time being, though, we have her down for only one episode, and with Claire Holt taking a new job over on “Aquarius,” it may be hard for her to get a whole lot more work on this show with her schedule.

I can only assume that the writer wants these violent delights to end in violet ends. Yea, that hasn’t been done before. Yawn.
