ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4 spoilers: ‘Damage’ and control
Even though most of the finer details about “Revenge” season 4 may still be under wraps for the time being, the ABC series is still doing a very good job in the department of doing one thing: Keeping us guessing about where the story could go from here.
In a post on Twitter, writer/producer Sallie Patrick confirmed that the title for the sixth episode of this coming season is “Damage,” which is certainly interesting. However, this is hardly the most revealing tease in the world. What can you really take away from it? Other than that one of the characters could be in trouble, there’s not a whole lot else you can really say.
The biggest reason to be worried about Emily Thorne going into all of the episodes ahead is actually pretty simple: She is in a good place. Thanks to that, she is not altogether worried about what could be coming up for her, and therefore susceptible to all sorts of damage (hence the title?) that could come her way. There is almost a sort of paradox to how you probably never feel more in danger than the times in which you want to believe you are the most safe.
The major thing that we are hoping for right now is just that these stories coming up to manage to live up to our expectations … which are to this point rather massive. We found season 3 to be a step up from season two, and with that great ending in the rear-view mirror, there are a whole myriad of possibilities ahead.
