‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6: See Eric Christian Olsen, Daniela Ruah’s ice bucket challenge

Yes, the ice bucket challenge is definitely on its way to becoming an internet phenomenon … and also a great thing for ALS awareness. Within the past week, we’ve seen a ton of celebrities and ordinary folks all get together to post videos and challenge others, and we’re spending a little time this weekend posting some of the more memorable ones … including what we have today from a pair of “NCIS: Los Angeles” stars!

In the video below, you can see a pretty funny challenge executed perfectly by Daniela Ruah and Eric Chrisitan Olsen, who waste almost zero time whatsoever pouring the ice water all over their heads. The good thing for the two of them is that they seem to be driving around the CBS lot, and this may actually be refreshing given the drought that California is having right now.

As great as these videos are (we shared another one earlier featuring Matt Bomer), the organizations need your support. The one that we’ve been recommending to people lately is Project ALS to donate whatever you can. This is one of the reasons why this is a particular internet meme that we are getting behind and supporting, largely because it’s one of the few opportunities where you can combine both humor, headlines, and a great cause into one without it feeling like an obvious advertisement.

For those curious, “NCIS: Los Angeles” will be returning to CBS this fall in its new Monday night timeslot. Hopefully, it will be able to fend off the competition well from the dozen or so other programs out there.
