‘Falling Skies’ season 4, episode 8 spoilers: Can Maggie be saved?

Can you really believe that we’re near the end of “Falling Skies” season 4 already? It may sound crazy to say (and it really is), but we’re really not that far from this point to saying farewell to the TNT series for another 42 weeks or so.

But while Sunday night’s new episode “A Thing With Feathers” may have you very worried about a certain character in Maggie, there is also some good news worth reporting right now: We’re going to see at least one character on the show do almost everything that they can in order to ensure that she is safe: Hal. That’s not to say that he is the only person who helps, but that at least should make fans of that particular pairing rather happy.

As for whether or not she makes it through the episode alive, of course we cannot say too much! However, we would be hard-pressed to imagine that the folks behind the scenes at the TNT hit would want to do away with one of their most-popular characters not too long before the end of the entire series next year. Maggie is pretty beloved, and if anything else, the only thing we could see happening to her is something so crazy that it changes her character in a big way. We can’t imagine her going away for good at this point … though we have been surprised in some pretty big ways before.
