‘Glee’ season 6: Lea Michele hints at new mystery project

Due to the shortened episode order and not even airing until early next year at the earliest, production for “Glee” season 6 is starting up a little bit later than usual this year. This means that all of the cast members have some opportunities to do other things, and for Lea Michele, this apparently means picking up more than one project.

You already know by now that Lea is going to guest-star on “Sons of Anarchy,” and she also has some other mystery project in the works. Based on a new photo she posted on her Twitter account, it appears as though she is in some sort of recording studio.

Obviously, one common theory you could present here is that she is working on some brand-new music, having released a new album earlier this year that had a decent amount of success on the charts. Also, there is still another possibility here, as she could be doing some sort of voiceover work for a animated movie, a show, or a video game. Really, any of these are possibilities in our book.

At the end of the day, we feel like Lea is one of the actors from “Glee” who is going to be able to press forward and get some success elsewhere without too much of a problem at all. After all, she’s got a history of performing on Broadway, and is already looking to expand her talents as an actress. Most of the original cast members should be able to move forward and do something; the question is just what that something is.
