‘The Originals’ season 2: The craziness of Joseph Morgan’s schedule
Is there anyone who has more going on right now than “The Originals” star Joseph Morgan? If there is, we want to first meet them, and then figure out how in the world they are pulling off managing to do everything that they do.
Morgan and the rest of the cast started filming season 2 at the end of season 1, so they had a little bit of a later production start time than their “Vampire Diaries” cohorts. However, we know that filming will be resuming this coming week, and production meetings and all of that jazz is already under way in “New Orleans” (otherwise known in this case as Atlanta).
So what was he up to before that? For one, Morgan married his longtime love Persia White (who previously appeared on “The Vampire Diaries” as Bonnie’s mother) in Jamaica, and he had to follow that up with a prompt appearance at San Diego Comic-Con in order to promote the upcoming season of the CW show. That is a lot of air travel, especially when you also remember that Morgan originally hails from the United Kingdom. Then again, given the frequent vacationing that Nina Dobrev does and Ian Somerhalder’s various environmental causes, the casts of these two shows probably accumulate so many air miles that they can travel anywhere in the world for free.
As for when you can Joseph again on TV, just remember that the new season of “The Originals” premieres on The CW Monday, October 6.
