‘The Walking Dead’ season 5 video: Norman Reedus, Lauren Cohan on filming premiere

The latest -Tomorrow, “The Walking Dead” is going to be giving you a massive marathon over on AMC to enjoy, but before we get to that, why not take a sneak peek at the upcoming fifth season now? Just for the zombies and the overall hype, you are going to want to watch this.

The video features the likes of Norman Reedus (Daryl), Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Lauren Cohan (Maggie), and the rest of the cast sitting down and discussing what some of their emotions were like upon returning to work in Atlanta for the new season. This started up earlier in the spring, and all of them seem to be in agreement on one thing: The show is really trying to swing for the fences with this one. Many of the characters are back together, but they have a central dilemma in trying to get out of this train car. That will be what the focus of the early portion of this season has to be about, since Terminus is clearly not what it’s cracked up to be.

Don’t expect too many spoilers in this video, since there is no Emily Kinney (Beth) present here. However, you do see Chad Coleman, and that may be worth noting since Tyreese and Carol (Melissa McBride) are two of the most notable characters other than Beth not at the compound yet.

One other thing we’ve noticed here: How does showrunner Scott Gimple always seem to be wearing a tie? Doesn’t this guy get hot whenever he is down in Atlanta? We at least admire him for the commitment?
