‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Basic summaries; the week’s top players

This is around the time of week where we tend to see some live feed downtime in the world of “Big Brother,” so it allows us an opportunity to play catch-up. This is where we give you some of the basic facts to know going into tonight, and also reveal our top 3 picks for Players of the Week.

Here is what you need to know going into tonight’s eviction episode.

• Joey is almost certain to go home, and right now, signs are pointing to it being unanimous. We’d love for there to be just one hinky vote in here, though, to make things super-crazy.
• The Bomb Squad is still technically together, and no one has ratted them out yet. However, Devin is public enemy #1 for almost everyone other than him and Caleb, and if he is put up, one of them could out it.
• Caleb was obsessed with Amber earlier in the week, and while there are still hints of that there, it has settled down somewhat.
• Christine’s true allegiance is to Nicole and potentially Hayden, but she is still acting like she is in the larger alliance.
• Devin admitted last night to Donny that he targeted him, and this leaves Donny, Jocasta, Paola, Brittany, and Victoria are relative stragglers in the game.
• Zach hates Victoria with a fiery passion, which means that she is a potential target in the event that the Bomb Squad wants to keep Devin for a while.

3. Frankie – May be playing a little too hard, but is in a big alliance, is well-liked, and also has some challenge capabilities. You also cannot rule out the possibility that Team America ends up helping him in the game if he is voted in. (Ariana Grande tweeted about it, so we have to assume he’ll have a shot.)

2. Cody – For a big physical threat, he is doing a whole lot right. There are bigger threats around him in the game, and he’s letting them sink their own ships while playing the nice card, and getting everyone on his side.

1. Christine – She’s literally in good with almost everyone in the house. She is technically in the Bomb Squad, but still has ties to both Hayden and Nicole. She’s laying low, and has kept it fairly low-key just how smart she is about the game.
