ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 video: Stana Katic on the show and much more

Stana Katic has definitely shown herself to be well-traveled this summer, having spent time in a number of European countries. With “Castle” on hiatus, it has left open an opportunity for her to do so.

We wrote recently about her filming a new project in Italy, and in addition to that, we also have a video from an interview that she did with Fox Life while in Greece. There are Greek subtitles, but her answers are in English and it’s a pretty interesting chat. In this, she discusses “Castle” in general, the show’s creator Andrew Marlowe, her own unique history and background, and also much more. It’s almost a good primer for those who do not know much of Stana away from the show, and it’s just welcoming viewing / listening for those who are already familiar with her.

Stana recently wrapped work in Italy, and thanks to that will be heading back to the United States so that she can resume playing Beckett on the ABC drama. Filming begins in Los Angeles later this month, with the principal question being how in the world Beckett will manage to save her fiance from mysterious kidnappers. Let’s not fool ourselves: It’s pretty obvious that Rick is going to survive. The larger mystery at the moment is simply how. Hopefully at some point after this, we will start to get a little more insight into whether or not the much-hyped wedding between the two actually happens. Following this cliffhanger we were left on, we certainly hope so.
