‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4 spoilers: Hints on Will Scarlet’s arrival

While “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” was hardly a ratings sensation over on ABC, it did bring the arrival of one man in the Knave of Hearts (a.k.a. Will Scarlet) that still has a role to play in the franchise. He is being brought over to the flagship “Once Upon a Time” next season, but we unfortunately know very little at the moment as to what his role will be.

Unfortunately, one of the show’s bosses is being equally coy for now rather than wanting to give anything away. Speaking in a new interview with TVLine, Adam Horowitz said the following about having Michael Socha, at least in terms of how he will bring some sort of essence of originality to the proceedings:

“It’s too early for us to tease, but we think Michael is a fabulous actor and we have a way for him to fit into our group that’s fun. He’ll bring a new vibe and color to the show.”

Personally, we’re game for seeing almost anything here so long as it is not another love interest for Emma. Now that she and Captain Hook have seemingly become an item, we want to see a little more of what becomes of that. Have him find his own way in this world, and interact with characters in a way that we haven’t quite seen. The difficult challenge for him is just going to be integrating himself with a group of people who have already become tight-knit.
