‘Big Brother Canada 2’ spoilers: What to expect on Wednesday’s broadcast
There are only two episodes of “Big Brother Canada 2” left, and that is a cause for significant sadness. Who are we going to get our entertainment from three nights a week? Maybe the US version, but that’s still a month and a half away.
Tonight’s episode will be the first one with footage from after the live feeds went down, but there will still be some predictable stuff in here that you already know a little bit about.
1. The biggest event will be the Power of Veto Competition, which you know from the live feeds (SPOILER alert!) that Jon won. He has the power to decided to evict between Heather and Neda, and he is (another SPOILER alert!) going to evict the former unless there is a massive change in his thinking. While Neda may not take him to the finals, we know that Heather wouldn’t and this is therefore probably the right move. He’s worried about the ramifications of getting out Neda, and it’s always possible that he could convince her that Sabrina has votes from Rachelle and Allison, and it’s certainly possible that Arlie or even Canada could support her as an underdog. (We’re actually not ruling out Canada giving her a vote; it’s incredibly unlikely, but since the country will be voting between three people, what happens if Jon and Neda split their vote?)
2. There will also be an eviction, and Arisa Cox will likely get an opportunity to chat a little with the houseguest in fourth place before they are jettisoned into the jury. How much time they have with the jury will depend on when the eviction was actually taped.
3. It’s feasible that the final Head of Household Competition could begin tonight, but we’re not really banking on anything. The finale is a two-hour event Thursday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern, so we’re of course going to see a lot of that stuff saved until then.
Here are some more quick reminders that the “Side Show” Thursday will actually air before the finale at 8:30 p.m. Eastern time. Also, we’re going to be in the backyard again this year! With that in mind, we’ll be doing interviews with a number of houseguests. Our coverage will roll out throughout the days ahead, so be on the lookout for that.
We’ll have a review of tonight’s episode up later, and you can check that out at the link here. Also, sign up for further updates via our CarterMatt Newsletter.
