‘Arrow’ season 2, episode 20 podcast: Talking ‘Seeing Red’ with Jessa
To say that “Seeing Red” was a shocking “Arrow” episode is an understatement. We lost a huge player on the show, and thanks to that, there is now a hole in Oliver Queen’s life. (Spoilers ahead!)
So what did we have to say about the show’s decision to kill off Moira Queen? CarterMatt Co-Founders Matt Carter and Jessa go through all the finer points of the story below, including talking about what this means for Oliver, how the show is missing an interesting character, and how we wish that it was another character leaving the show.
Also, we go through the good and bad about “Seeing Red” when it comes to the characters, including the decision by Sara to leave Oliver and Moira’s own shocking reveal that there was a child years ago that Oliver fathered, and she dismissed the mother to go live in Central City. He doesn’t even know that his child exists. We also speculate over what Moira was trying to say about Malcolm Merlyn in the moments before she dies on the show. All in all, it’s a fun discussion that includes some speculation of how we want to see season 3 go in the fall.
