‘Arrow’ season 2, episode 19 preview: Another look at ‘The Man Behind the Hood’

Thanks to the wait in which there is between “Deathstroke” and “The Man Under the Hood,” there has not been nearly as much to talk about in the “Arrow” world as of late. However, we do at least have a few more seconds of footage from the latter episode (airing a week from Wednesday) that you should be excited about.

Knowing now that he is exposed as Slade Wilson, the villain decides moving forward that he would be better off embracing his Deathstroke persona in full complete with the terrifying badass mask and also all of the various little attachments that he has to his outfit. He also, as you saw in previous promos, still feels as if there is no reason to be afraid of an arrow.

Some of the other additional footage added to this new promo includes more of Oliver and Felicity preparing for an undercover mission, another reminder of Sara Lance’s scars, and also the return of Deathstroke’s army. There are four episodes left this season, and there is so much that needs to be tied up when it comes to loose ends. Not only do you have to worry about whether or not Deathstroke can be stopped, but there is also Sebastian Blood still out there, and also the chance that Malcolm Merlyn could turn up at some point. (We’ve learned already that he will be returning near the end of the season. Hooray for John Barrowman!) Also, you still have Laurel being clued in to Oliver’s secret, and what that means for the rest of the series.
