‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 4 spoilers: The ‘fan-built’ episode’s title is…

All season long, “Hawaii Five-0” has handed to their fans quite the fancy Easter Egg in the form of getting to design their own episode from the ground up. This is a cool opportunity to allow the viewers to show off their creative side, and give us an episode that we would otherwise probably not have.

So far, the fans have chosen everything from the theme (Chin Ho’s high school reunion) to a variety of other things from the music to the costumes; now, we know for sure just what the title is going to be. The choice “Ho’i Hou (Reunited)” was selected by viewers, and you will get a chance to see that in action fully when this episode airs a little bit later in the spring. This should be a pretty fun episode to see unfold. While the fans have devised many of the finer points of this story, the writers still have the interesting challenge of filling in the cracks, and working to ensure that that this all will make sense.

Could this be something that the show opts to do again? We certainly hope so, thanks to the fact that the series was recently renewed for a fifth season. While it got off to a somewhat-shaky start, it has leveled off and found a nice little groove for itself on Friday nights. One other thing that you have to remember here, after all, is that this show has the challenge of airing against the monster that is “Shark Tank.” Another fan-built episode could help to engage the audience more, and this is the sort of show that has the right sort of tone that it can work without feeling too cheesy or corny.
