‘Big Brother Canada 2’ live feed spoilers: Paul’s plan, and Ika talks questionable comments
Do we have the first interesting news item when it comes to “Big Brother Canada 2” today? We’re starting to feel like it, and it comes after we spent many months thinking about what was going to happen in the wake of Aaryn, Spencer, and all of the other people who said questionable things on the live feeds on “Big Brother 15” this past summer in America.
Clearly, the thing that we have learned now is that Canada doesn’t want any part of being dragged into that controversy, and anytime that things start to go down a potentially-offensive path, the live feeds are being blocked. This is at least based on a comment that Ika made in the house Sunday morning, as she suggested that the feeds were at one point cut during an intense argument last night to protect the parties involved. Is this somewhat problematic? Sure, since it makes it a somewhat more-filtered experience; then again, everyone last summer showed us that this is why we can’t have nice things like trusting that a group of young people are not going to be terrible all the time.
The comments that Ika was referring to likely stem from Adel mooing at Sabrina last night, but there were such big gaps that it’s hard to know what else was said. At one point Kyle chided him for it despite them being allies, but he may have been going along with some suggestions from production to do so. All we know is that strategically, whatever happened last night has made it more likely that Kyle or Adel will be backdoored this week.
So how is Paul getting out of this safe? He’s playing the pathetic card, and the other people in the house all know that he’s not someone that they really have to worry about winning anything on his own. They can get him out at just about anytime. We’re sure that if Paul stays, he’ll trumpet it as the biggest victory ever and evidence that he is the second coming on Dr. Will. Really, he’s a more dishonest version of Chef Joe and could become the ultimate pawn all season.
