‘NCIS’ season 11, episode 17 preview: Looking ahead to #251
Tonight on CBS, you had an opportunity to really dive in and (possibly) enjoy the 250th episode of “NCIS.” This was a story that we’ll have a little bit more about later tonight when we post our full review, but for the time being, we want to at least give another handful of details about what is coming up when the show returns in two weeks with “Rock and a Hard Place.”
We should start here with the obvious, and that is that this is an episode that will not probably match the emotional power of “Dressed To Kill” … and nor would you expect it to. Instead, this is one all about Keith Carradine, a rock star, and a possibly attempt at an assassination. In case you missed it previously, check out our full synopsis below:
“After a bomb detonates in the dressing room at a military charity concert, the NCIS team must determine if the target was a washed-up ‘80s rocker or if the bomb was part of a larger scheme. Meanwhile, Jimmy prepares for fatherhood, on NCIS.”
Given all of the emotion that has been on the show over the past few weeks, we’re certainly down for something that could have a little more comedy built into it. But why the long wait? The easiest thing here to probably blame is the sole fact that there are only so many episodes in a season, and the network has to keep things going until May.
