‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Is Sharleen Joynt leaving Juan Pablo Galavis for good? (video)
Over the course of the past few weeks, ABC and the producers of “The Bachelor” have promoted pretty heavily one key aspect of the show: Sharleen Joynt’s complete indecision when it comes to Juan Pablo Galavis. She seems to like him and recognizes that he is someone desirable, but there is also something holding her back from seeing that he is just not someone who is right for her and what she wants out of life.
So is the sneak peek below spoiling one of the biggest selling points from this episode? It’s possible, since this video (via ABC) makes it somewhat clear that she is going to be leaving the competition, unless she has some sort of drastic change of heart in between the time she talks to the other women and when she eventually meets up with Juan Pablo.
So why make this move now? She has said in the past that she wanted to give the relationship time in case her feelings change, but they really haven’t; now that we are getting near the hometown dates, she tells the others that the last thing she wants to do is take a spot away from one of them, if she knows in her heart that this is something that is just not going to work out.
Even with the knowledge that Sharleen was probably going to leave, we still had her as #3 in our rankings for this week. Why? That really is more of a testament to where we see some of the other ladies this season at when it comes to their relationship with him. Juan Pablo would have likely brought her to the final three if she didn’t quit, but we really have a hard time seeing anyone else beyond Clare Crawley and Nikki Ferrell at the end based on the edit. Of course, the irony there is that these two seem to hate each other, and are even going to fight at some point during this episode.

I thought Sharleen was so perfect for him, very mature and very beautiful. She seemed very genuine making a great person to be around his daughter. So sad shes’ gone. I cannot see him with the others that are left, very immature.
