NBC’s ‘The Voice’ season 6 video: Usher critiques Blake Shelton, Adam Levine’s dancing
Sure, “The Voice” is really a competition about finding a new important face in music, but we’ll get to that later. Instead, today we’re focusing on dance moves! No, seriously: We are actually talking about dance moves when it comes to this show.
In the new video below (via TV Guide) you can get yet another reminder that when it comes to shaking it, nobody is really worse / better than Blake Shelton. He’s like everyone’s favorite drunk buddy at a party, embarrassing himself royally and entertaining eveyrone in the process. Usher is also around as the resident dance critic, whose sole purpose is mostly commenting on things that we already know.
When it comes to dancing, it’s clear that Blake is beyond repair. Therefore, he tries instead to impart some of his knowledge to an eager and willing Adam Levine. The real difference here is that Adam is one of those rock n’ roll guys who thinks he is way too cool to go out there and strut his stuff in the same was that Usher does (it’s either that or it just wouldn’t look as good with him); therefore, we don’t expect to see him doing much of this on a regular basis.
It’s pretty easy to just roll your eyes after watching this video, mostly because you are watching just a group of guys doing exactly what they are paid to do; make funny TV moments. We can’t imagine any one of them being so keen as to dance like this on a regular basis.
