NBC’s ‘The Voice’ season 6 spoilers: Adam Levine, Aloe Blacc working together

The Voice -The Voice” has certainly been one for snatching up artists for advising roles who are just starting to jump off into the stratosphere, as they have done in the past with people like Ed Sheeran or even Pharrell Williams prior to his huge summer with Robin Thicke and Daft Punk. For this upcoming sixth season, the next big name that they have brought on is Aloe Blacc.

You may not know Blacc by name yet, but in addition to performing “Wake Me Up” and also co-writing the song (which was made famous by Avicii), he also has some other songs that are starting to slowly and surely make their way up the charts. He’s a guy who knows what it takes to become a star in the music world, and he’ll be able to impart most of that knowledge on to some of the singers that make it onto team Adam Levine.

Now, the one question that we do still have about the attached photo here is simple: What’s with the Hawaiian shirt? The man looks little bit like he was on his way to a luau on vacation, and stumbled into a recording studio instead.

The new season of “The Voice” will premiere on Monday, February 24, and based on the lengthy trailer that you can see over here, it looks to be a crazy year. Shakira and Usher are going to be back as coaches for the first time since last spring, and Blake Shelton will be out for redemption after finally not winning the show for the first time in a few years.
