‘The Bachelor’: Chris Harrison reacts to Clare Crawley – Juan Pablo Galavis ‘apology’
There is a long book of “Things on ‘The Bachelor‘ That Don’t Make Much Sense,” and you could have made almost a full chapter regarding what went down between Clare Crawley and Juan Pablo Galavis in New Zealand last night. The two had this big sit-down conversation to really talk all about him freaking out over their kissing session in the ocean, and yet there wasn’t really anything resolved. Still, Clare somehow went from being very angry to being perfectly fine with the situation, and then calling it pretty much one of the greatest nights ever.
So what in the world was going on here with her? Did Juan Pablo just wear her down mentally? Even the show’s host in Chris Harrison was confused, and he was there watching the whole ordeal happen. Just take a look at what he had to say to TV Guide for a little bit more insight on the moment:
“She felt like he had really apologized and felt bad, but I was like, “What exactly did he say?” because he never really gave her any answers. All of a sudden she felt great about it. I don’t know if he out-talked her or she just got lost in translation, but I got to the end of the date and was like, where was the apology?”
The funny thing about all of this is that even in spite of all the fighting, Clare probably is still one of the favorites of this entire competition for Juan Pablo. She is the only woman right now to have a pair of one-on-one dates with him, though it is pretty clear that this will change next week.
Do you think Clare was much too quick to smooth things over when it comes to Juan Pablo, especially since he really didn’t say much of anything that was reassuring?
