‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ review: Phaedra Parks, Kenya Moore, and after the brawl
The last time that we had a “Real Housewives of Atlanta” episode, it was two weeks ago, and we had what was one of the worst physical fights that we’ve seen on any version of the Bravo franchise. It was ugly, inappropriate, and a really horrible reflection on what really happens at pajama parties.
Was there some improvement at times during this episode? Both yes and no. Let’s start with the good news here: At least some people decided that they were going to take a little bit of responsibility for what happened, with Phaedra Parks and also some of the other guys really expressing their disappointment about the whole thing. That’s at least some progress, especially since Phaedra’s husband Apollo Nida was a far worse player in this than she was.
Meanwhile, you also had Kenya Moore and NeNe Leakes, and neither one of them really wanted to accept much responsibility for anything. The truth of the matter here is this: There are so many people to blame here for what happened. NeNe’s behavior wasn’t the best, and Kenya further helped to escalate things. The guys then all got physical, and at that point there was almost nothing else that could be done to really slow things down. Things escalated quickly.
The one thing that that we are optimistic about is that the end of the episode to us at least really suggested that we could be able to move on … with the emphasis there on “could.” Unfortunately, we also feel like this is going to be completely rehashed and regurgitated for the rest of the season. We’re not down for that at all, especially when it comes to the reunion stage. Grade: D.

Really? Did we watch the same show? I dont care for Kenya Moore much, but she has very little blame on this situation. First of all, Nene’s “pillow talk to help couples better communicate” was a bunch of crap. She has no auhority on the subject matter. Second, she brought up subjects that she knew for a fact were controversial just to be relevant in the show, since she is not relevant anywhere else, lately. Christopher did grab Kenya’s arm, look at the replay. I watched it on DVR a few times. His little chihuahua of a wife, needs to go sit down somewhere. These guys think it is ok to confront a woman physically? Todd acted right by trying to protect Kandi(yeah Todd and Kandi…keep coming up and wach the haters go down!!!) Cynthia is very delusional about what happened. She is s habitual liar. Her and Nene love to portray Kandi as this “ghetto, hoodrat.” Kandi did lose it at the end, but she was not the instigator. Cynthia, you have plenty in your life that you need to fiz and stop worrying about others. Kandi can buy and sell both you and Nene’s drama filled sorry behinds!!!!

I am so sick of Kenya and her fake delusional self that seems to always behave as if though she’s all that a bag of chip. First of all she talk too much and is envious of the other ladies because they have their significant other and she’s alone. Kenya talk too much and she’s the one that got up out of her chair even though Nine told her to not get up but because she wanted to get up to approach the wife of the person that she accuse were not married all this mess would never be. I am sorry but Kenya has a lot of problems stemming from her childhood to present time. I enjoy all the other but her and I am sick and tired of her gossipy self and her childish behavior. I feel sorry for her friend but he needs to stop following Kenya and her foolishness and realize that theirs a few cards missing from the deck. She needs to stop talking about Apollo and his past and all the hateful comments that she made about him because she really don’t know what lies ahead for her.

This episode really upset me. What did Appolo stupid ass have to do with it? You can take the trash out of prison but you can’t take the prison mentality out of trash. I use to like Nene, but she started the thing. I know people like her, she starts stuff than try to put it on someone else. If I was Kenya, I would cut her loose.
