‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: What’s next for Caity Lotz, Emily Bett Rickards’ characters

More news -Even though we may have already talked a little bit about “Arrow’s” new episode Wednesday night a little bit, we really cannot help ourselves here to continue gabbing about some of the big stuff that has taken place, and some of what could be revealed in the future.

Now, we have to start here with one of the biggest issues raised with the decision for the Canary to actually stick around Starling City for a while. Speaking per Entertainment Weekly, show boss Andrew Kreisberg suggests that Caity Lotz is going to have a ton of tension to play with some of the other characters, similar to what we saw with Laurel after her arrival back in town:

“As far as Sara, part of the reason we did this episode was so that we could free Sara for the time being from the League of Assassins and allow her to fully be the Black Canary and come home and all the delicious implications that that brought … You’re really going to see how Sarah’s return affects everybody and, I think, hopefully so far people will be surprised by the reaction.”

Our obvious question? Since Sara has managed to figure out how to become a complete assassin during her time away, isn’t everyone going to put together that Oliver may be the man under the hood? It’s crazy enough that they haven’t figured out more.

Also, Emily Bett Rickards will continue to have some good stuff to play, especially since she will have her own reaction to Oliver and Sara being together again. Kreisberg also added that some of the little hints about her past, revealing that things that will be addressed again by the end of this season.
