‘Bones’ season 9, episode 15 preview: Hodgins and the brother of all shockers

Is Dr. Hodgins not the only surviving member of his family? There is some new information that could end up changing that, and we have some more news on that very subject courtesy of the latest “Bones” sneak peek below.

In this clip, the show wastes no time in getting to the meat of things: Hodgins is quick to learn that he may actually have a brother that is somewhere out there, and he previously had no recollection at all that they exist. This is all due to some records at a care facility, which may or may not actually be accurate.

What you can really refer to the sneak peek below as the sort of logical jumping-off point for everything that happens after the fact. You are going to get an opportunity to see more of how this “discovery” was made, and then whether or not it is actually real. After all, it is pretty far-fetched to think that there is a secret brother out there that he didn’t know about before … but then again, stranger things have happened. It may also open up all sorts of great storytelling possibilities that are there for the character now, which may not have been either there or apparent earlier on.

Regardless, this is yet another sign that this week’s episode is going to be an interesting one, and it caps off a celebratory week that also includes the announcement that the tenth season of the show is official. Not only that, but it will be back on Mondays in March.
