‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Details on Juan Pablo Galavis, Renee Oteri’s next date

What is somewhat interesting at this point about the way that “The Bachelor” does business is that at this point, they make no effort whatsoever to hie who is getting one-on-one dates on some of their episodes. Why even create suspense on the show? We figure that there are still a number of people who don’t have the internet and want to be surprised; while we don’t post any outcome spoilers here, we will share what ABC passes along in their press releases.

In addition to a date Juan Pablo Galavis has with Nikki Ferrell (which you can read more about here), the latest release details that Renee Oteri is also a lucky recipient of a date as the two parties spend some time in the city of Hoi An. This looks like the traditional shopping date that happens almost every season, where you also get a chance to watch the leading man buy stuff for his lady.

Will there be anxiety on the date? The release at least mentions that Renee will struggle somewhat to tell Juan Pablo how she really feels about him, which we’re not surprised about. The reason that most single parents not named Emily Maynard tend to struggle on the show is because they are cognizant of the fact that they have a kid watching at home, and they don’t want to do anything that makes them look either silly or desperate. They always have to look like they have a larger priority in mind. So far, Renee has done that, but the challenge will be trying to maintain it as she gets deeper and deeper in the process as we really start to wrap things up in the weeks.

Given that there are eight women leaving Vietnam Monday to the next destination, though, there is a decent stretch of time left.
