NBC’s ‘Hannibal’ season 2 spoilers: Jeremy Davies, Chris Diamantopoulos to guest

In just under a month’s time, the wait for “Hannibal” is going to be over. The second season of the show will premiere on NBC, and many of the questions that you have will finally be answered. For example, is Will going to be able to convince anyone that he is not crazy, or will Dr. Lecter continue to make him suffer? While we may know the answer to that in the long-term based on the source material, it’s going to take a little while to get there.

What we have for you today is news from the realm of casting. According to a TV Guide report, the following two actors have each booked appearances for the show moving forward.

Jeremy Davies – The actor, best known by many genre TV fans for playing Daniel Faraday on “Lost,” has signed up in the role of Peter Bernardone. This is a man who works in the world of animal rescue, but is suspected in a murder that took place at his former place of occupation: A stable. He will stick around for at least two episodes.

Chris Diamantopoulos – Fresh off of a gig on “The Office’s” final season as Brian, Chris will play the part of Clark Ingram, a social worker for Davies’ character who has had a huge impact on his life … maybe even too much of one. Diamantopoulos has also appeared in “The Three Stooges” and “24.” One of his first movie roles was in our co-founder Jessa’s (aka Mrs Carter) feature film “Drop Dead Roses,” so we are extra excited to see Chris getting more work… we are huge fans of his!
