Love Island USA season 8 episode 14 preview: Will Caleb & Sol work?

Following the recoupling that we saw this week on Peacock, where is everything going to go entering Love Island USA season 8 episode 14?

Well, in what should not be too bit of a surprise, Thursday’s episode is going to feature some new wrinkles after the recoupling ceremony and honestly, a lot of it revolves around Caleb & Sol. They are together now largely because Kenzie and Sincere ended up rejecting them. They both arrives to the villa at roughly the same time, meaning they haven’t had the time to form any sort of long-term bonds. We’ve barely seen them interact but at the same time, can something really form here?

What we do think they benefit from at this point is potentially releasing the baggage between them. After all, this is not a situation where America got in the way of a budding romance. They were each told by their prior partner that they wanted someone else. They could view this as a chance to start fresh and build something. Do we think that they may also look towards possible partners for themselves down the road? There will be more bombshells coming at some point, but you never know when. By virtue of that, you really just have to embrace what is directly in front of you.

Ultimately, we wish there was more shared in terms of what is to come, but here is your reminder that a lot of this show is filmed in relatively near time. The extra day off helps them to stay far enough ahead to get this complicated series going for the next week.
