‘The Walking Dead’ season 4 video: Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln on upcoming episodes

More news -When “The Walking Dead” season 4 returns on Sunday, February 9, get ready to see craziness like you haven’t quite seen in some time. There will once again be violence, zombies, and so much more, but be prepared to also see something that is described as much more “adult” and rooted in realism than almost anything that has been produced to date.

In the new video below via AMC, you can see the likes of Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Danai Gurira, and a number of the show’s producers all set up and tease what is the road ahead for their characters the rest of the way this season. Here are a few quick notes to go along with the video.

For Rick – The biggest issue is going to be dealing with the feeling of grief and responsibility that he is wrestling with in the wake of Hershel’s death. This could cause him to become more violent in a way, and even more protective of his son Carl as he watches so much of his world fall apart.

For Daryl – Reedus simply hints that you are going to see his typically-badass guy undergo some great changes, which is something that Robert Kirkman himself also discusses. The constant moving around and the heartache that these people experience will cause them in some ways to break away and sever from the people who they once were.

For Michonne – She has to struggle with being next to Hershel at the time of his death, and you are going to see her dealing with a different sort of emotions than we have seen for someone who has been king of a loner.

For Glenn and Maggie – While Lauren Cohan hints that her character is going to look towards action and violence to deal with her grief, Steven Yeun is much more coy about the future of his own character. All you know is that he is aboard that bus, venturing off to parts unknown.

On a different and less grisly note, click here to see a new viral video that features Norman getting completely spooked. It’s worth watching if you are in need of a quick pick-me-up. Also, sign up now to our CarterMatt Newsletter to get some updates worth devouring every week.
