ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 13 preview: Castle, Beckett, and the ‘Miley Cyrus’-inspired case

After dealing with what were two straight emotional episodes of “Castle” focusing on Ryan’s daughter entering the world as well as Rick’s father reappearing, don’t you think that it is time for us to have a little bit of fun again? We do, and that is precisely why we are here with the first look at “Limelight.”

Are there going to be some emotional heartstrings pulled at in here? Definitely, especially when you remember that there is something in the Castle – Beckett relationship that desperately needs to be addressed: Whether or not she is ready to handle the part of his life that includes him being a celebrity. He’s got an avid following (many of them women), and that can be intimidating to be around sometimes.

As for how this comes up in the first place, there will be a case about an over-the-top celebrity, supposedly inspired by some ways in Miley Cyrus, and entering the world cultivated by the rich and famous. This is someone who will make Castle seem practically like a nobody, but it will cause  Beckett to put her relationship in perspective and think about a few important issues.
