‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Kandi Burruss’ latest relationship woes

There is some more relationship drama to talk about when it comes to Sunday night’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” episode, but at least this time we can say that Momma Joyce is probably not involved in it. She’s been the thorn in the side of Kandi Burruss for most of the season, but this time around, we’re talking more about something happening between her and Todd related to his job.

In the video below, you can see Kandi and Todd discuss what is a pretty exciting opportunity for him to work on an international travel show that would take him all around the world. Based on the timing of the video and when this was shot, we don’t think that this is “The Amazing Race.”

Kandi’s response to this situation is actually rather emotional, mostly because she feels like their relationship has been on thin ice for a little while, and he could be using job opportunities as a mask for everything else that matters. She doesn’t want to be the reason that he doesn’t do something for his career, and really just wants them to be on the same page.

What’s so interesting about this relationship is really that it was born because of the show. Todd was originally one of the folks behind the scenes on the show, and they met when he was one of the producers for the South Africa trip for a couple of seasons ago. Neither person was really looking to have a relationship, but that is what came out of it.

So can they continue to make this work? This could be one of the biggest tests yet.
