‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2 spoilers: Can Vincent save Cat and Tori?

Just in case “Beauty and the Beast” was not complicated enough with all of the new romantic threads sewn in here, we now have some more scoop that could make things really interesting when it comes to Cat, Vincent, and the relationship that the two parties have.

We already know that they are drifting apart, with Tori being one of the biggest reasons why they have been going through some stuff. So what is going to happen to them next? That is an issue that will be addressed in “Held Hostage,” the new episode of the show that is going to be airing near the end of the month. “A group of criminals looking to steal a rare necklace in Tori’s (guest star Amber Skye Noyes) possession takes Cat (Kristin Kreuk), Tori and Tess (Nina Lisandrello) hostage at the precinct, leaving Vincent (Jay Ryan) as their only hope for help. Vincent is forced to make a decision since helping could reveal his true identity to the entire force.”

Would Vincent be willing to take such a risk? This may be a position where he doesn’t really have that much of a choice otherwise, if he really wants to keep up that role of “protector.” Otherwise,  there’s a significant amount of trouble, and he has to say goodbye to multiple people that he has an interest in.
