Charlie Sheen ‘bashes’ ‘Two and a Half Men’ replacement Ashton Kutcher, internet goes nuts

Is Charlie Sheen really starting to go in full-on meltdown mode again, or is he just looking for more publicity? We actually are favoring the latter this time around, and have this inclination in our gut to say that what we are really looking at here is a story that could end up becoming more of a big deal than it really is.

You see, Sheen has the sort of humor where he likes to brow-beat and get under the skin of people, even if he is not entirely serious while doing so. This is what we think he is doing here more so than trying to throw out any sort of clear and present insult. Let’s just take a look at what exactly he said before we do any further analysis. In a new post on Twitter alongside a photo of Jon Cryer and Ashton Kutcher from a “Two and a Half Men” promo, he had the following to say:

“hey Jon!!! u r a GENIUS!!! I effin love and MISS YOU old pal! Q; who’s your lame side-kik? c #NiceTryCanonBoy #CH”

First of all, it seems that we have already been given enough evidence out there to know that you cannot really take too much of what Sheen says on social media seriously, given that this is the same guy who also previously referred to Cryer as a “troll” following his firing from the show, only to backtrack on it. He has also previously said kind things about Kutcher in the past after he was hired for the gig.

Ultimately, we feel like there may be a part of Charlie that misses some of the “Two and a Half Men” experience, if not all of it. He was at the peak of his celebrity and stability when doing the show, as it had great ratings and also a large following. Still, it is performing better than Charlie’s own “Anger Management,” even if the numbers are lower than they were for the entirely of the time that Sheen was around.

On a different note, Kutcher is a spokesperson for Nikon, and not Canon, as Sheen claims.
