‘Teen Wolf’ season 3 spoilers: Tyler Posey teases ‘slower’ story, more Stiles

If you enjoyed the first part of “Teen Wolf” season 3 over the summer, odds are that you may be even more invested in what happens starting on Monday night. Early reports regarding season 3B (as it is technically called these days) are promising, with many suggesting that this is really going to be the opportunity to see a story that has a nice horror element to it, and also takes it time before building to some sort of shocking conclusion.

What may also come as a little bit of a surprise to you is that this may not actually be a story that is primarily about the Scott character at all. Rather, Tyler Posey says in a new Entertainment Weekly story that Stiles is the one who really gets the bulk of the action this time, and he is excited to see what everyone thinks of what develops as a result:

“It’s always been an ensemble cast, but Stiles is definitely the center of attention this round, which is nice. I felt like a normal person this season. I’ve never been happier at the end of a season than I am with this one. For me, every other season is just super intense work, which I love and I’m a huge fan of, but it was definitely nice to take a step back and relax a bit. Don’t get me wrong, I still work like a freaking madman, but it was slightly less intense. Stiles’ storyline this season is absolutely one of the coolest things ever. I’m a little jealous that I didn’t get to play it.”

Posey also teases that when it comes to the overall feel of the episodes ahead, it will play out a little bit more methodically rather than something that is almost non-stop action. To us, that is a win; while there were some great elements in the story last summer, there were also so many intense action sequences that it started to diminish them, since one was almost sure to be followed by another.
