‘The Bachelor’ cast spotlight: Meet Juan Pablo Galavis contestant Valerie Eridia

We are nearing the end of the long journey otherwise known as our “Bachelor” cast spotlight series, and the particular hopeful for Juan Pablo Galavis that we are talking about today is one that we are excited about. Valerie Eridia is someone who we could see doing pretty well on the show, but she’s going to need to last a few weeks in order to really make that sort of connection. If she doesn’t do that, then this personal trainer could be heading back to the gym soon.

This article, like all of the other ones that we will be putting up, is completely spoilers-free. Therefore, you don’t have to worry too much about whether or not you are going to accidentally stumble upon anything from going from one place to another.

Possible pros – Given that Juan Pablo seems to be a little bit of a gym rat in his own regard, he is probably going to like the fact that Valerie seems to be someone that he could go and work out with. She seems to be pretty passionate about what she does, and she also put some of this passion into her application for the show. Many of her answers are pretty detailed and personal, which to us means that she not only filled this out herself, but is taking the entire process with a certain amount of sincerity. That has to translate onto TV, but so far it is a good start.

Possible cons – She seems to have a ton of energy based on some of what is floating around out there of her, and that can be hurtful in that it comes off as abrasive. We could see her being one of those people who tries a little too hard, and either comes across as either irritating or threatening to either Juan Pablo or the other women. Also, there is nothing that we can find where she talks about being prepared to be a mom.

Pre-show outlook – It just doesn’t feel like it is looking that good for Valerie this season to us. We just see her either coming in too strong, or coming in the wrong way and getting herself eliminated pretty quickly. It’s a shame in a way, since we figure that she could either be a quirky contestant a la Catherine Giudici, or someone who ends up being the center of the drama by some of the other contestants.
