‘Teen Wolf’ season 3 spoilers: New details on winter premiere ‘Anchors’

Have you been anxious on some level to see some more “Teen Wolf” scoop? Then we imagine that the following will be at least worthy of a small howl: Some of the first details regarding “Anchors,” which is the MTV series’ first episode back. The show is only a week away from airing now, which is great news for those who are were suffering over the thought of not getting to see it again for a while.

Unfortunately, we wish that what we did have to share here was something a little more substantial than a short synopsis that mostly just contains a few little details about what to expect. The following comes courtesy of SpoilerTV:

“Scott, Stiles and Allison suffer side effects from the ritual sacrifice; Sheriff Stilinski searches through old cases.”

While this is still technically going to be an episode taking place within season 3, you might as well just consider this to be one that is a part of a completely new season. The story is in some ways going to feel completely different, as there are so many new characters, and also important people from the first half of the season that are not going to be around anymore to cause some trouble.

What will be more interesting here is just seeing the emotional development of Scott. This is a guy who started over time to develop a little bit more of a leadership position, but could he be derailed by what is happening with Allison and Isaac? It’s at least possible.
