‘American Horror Story: Coven’ spoilers: New details on penultimate episode

While it may be Christmastime, let’s take a few minutes to talk about something scary and no, we don’t mean going to Walmart this time of year: “American Horror Story: Coven.” The show has been off the air for a little while now, and will not be back until Wednesday, January 8. However, we do at least have some more details coming up for a little later in the season that are worth noting as we inch closer to the finale.

First of all, let’s share the following from the official press release: The title for the 12th episode (the penultimate one of the season) is “Go To Hell,” and there are a few interesting things worth nothing.

1. Cordelia starts to wonder about the future of the coven after getting a vision.

2. New powers start to form among the characters, which of course raises the always-present question as to who is the supreme more than ever.

3. Could we finally be getting near the end of the reign of terror for a certain Fiona? It’s looking more and more likely.

While there is another detail out there about this episode, we’re leaving it out of here for the time being for the sake of it being a little too spoilery to be discussed just yet. We feel like these teasers alone should be enough to get some of the conversation going, at least if you are in the mood to be scared right now at a time when so many other people are typically focused on decorating Christmas trees, drinking egg nog and watching holiday specials.
