‘Saturday Night Live’ preview: See Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake hilariousness

Did you know that this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live” is going to feature both Jimmy Fallon AND Justin Timberlake? While the actual quality of the show is very much still to be seen, we can at least say now on pretty good authority that this is going to be one edition of the show definitely worth checking out.

For one, this is the annual Christmas show, and it will be one that features a variety of different fun holiday-themed sketches. Nobody is a better guy to host this than Fallon, mostly because he does bring that sort of personality that really suggests that he has the holiday spirit with him at virtually every moment of his life. Also, Timberlake has already proven on the show time and time again that he really has no problem embarrassing himself in various sketches. The only real mystery we have is whether or not he is going to dress up again as some sort of giant product (i.e. Liquorville or Tofuville) and start singing in the mall in a sketch.

The presence of both Fallon and Timberlake, who are both good friends in addition to great performers on the show, also adds that much more mystery in that you really don’t know what they are going to do, or if they are going to be doing that many sketches together. We imagine that this could be a big show for many of the female cast members, but for some of those new guys in the cast, it’s not going to be good to have two capable performers filling their roles.
