‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Mama Joyce faces off with … Phaedra Parks?

Just in case you felt like things were not crazy enough with Mama Joyce on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” just wait until you find out just what her latest round of antics includes: Going at the woman that she holds responsible for bringing Kandi Burruss and her man Todd together in the first place.

In the sneak peek below, you can see Joyce arriving to speak with Phaedra Parks looking for what is at first legal advice about prenups, saying that Todd has no interest in signing one and she is therefore worried that Kandi will get swindled by him in the event that a marriage between the two does not work out. Being that this is not the first time that we’ve seen Joyce address the subject of money, it’s hardly much of a shock to see her also doing so here.

But from here, things only get crazier when Joyce seemingly accuses Phaedra of being somehow wrong for setting up Kandi with Todd in the first place, saying that she could have allowed her to meet one of her lawyer friends instead. Phaedra then compliments Todd in a confessional, and we have a feeling that this is going to get a million times worse before it gets any better.

As for some of the other stories we’re going to see this week, we’re going to see everything from some emotional conversations, and also preparation for an upcoming trip to Savannah. Take a look at the full synopsis:

“While the ladies pack and prepare for a trip to Savannah, Cynthia receives an emotional visit from Kandi, Phaedra is caught off guard by a visit from Mama Joyce, and Porsha shops without the help of Kordell’s credit card. When Kenya decides to give everyone a piece of her mind, the girls’ getaway is in jeopardy of ending before it even begins.”
